This concerns 3-year-old classes. I see where Charleston wants to start a 3-year-old class, better known as babysitting. The school board should realize that we the taxpayers pay people to raise their own children, not ours. Now they want to extend babysitting to 3 year olds. We need to change the way money is allotted for schools. We are tired of paying the school when we don't have school-aged children...
