SIKESTON -- Meet Dr. Fran Bergkoetter, a new veterinarian at Delta Veterinary Clinic in Sikeston. Bergkoetter grew up in Southern Illinois in Okawville, a town an hour southeast of St. Louis, where her dad raised beef cattle.
