Benton man arrested after burning vehicles and attempting to shoot corrections officer

CHARLESTON, Mo. — A Benton man has been arrested in Mississippi County and faces numerous charges after setting fire to a truck he was test driving and trying to shoot a corrections officer. East Prairie, the divides in the street at the end of Washington and Highway 80, which has all the pretty flowers and shrubs, are so overgrown with grass on can hardly see approaching traffic to safely get on Highway 80. Robinson of North Little Rock, Ark., was sentenced Thursday by Judge Fred W.
