Speakout
(Opinion ~ 05/18/22)
I was just wondering why there haven’t been any mail deliveries on Baker Lane this week? I contacted the post office and they said that somebody from the city told them not to deliver because of the street work. The UPS, Fed Ex, Sonny’s Solid Waste and the newspaper have all been making deliveries and pickups. Just wonder who the individual was at the city who had the authority to tell the post office not to make deliveries on Baker Lane? Thank you. We spoke with the city and neither they nor the contractor doing the work told the post office to not deliver the mail.
