Search for missing Sikeston hunter continues in Carter County

An ongoing search and rescue for a Sikeston, Missouri, hunter missing since late Sunday continues in Carter County. According to Ozark National Scenic Riverways, National Park Service personnel along with Missouri Highway Patrol Aviation Division, Missouri Department of Conservation and Carter County Emergency Response teams have been combing the ground near Cave Spring southeast of Van Buren to locate 58-year-old Phillip Carnell of Sikeston, who was reported missing Sunday evening when he didn't come in from hunting near Cave Spring.. ...

SEMO Electric Cooperative has announced to its customers their electricity rates will increase in 2023.
