BENTON, Mo. – The following cases were heard in Scott County Consolidated Court from
Sept. 1-30:
Jeffery E. P. Turnage, charged April 4, 2022, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to five years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
David Paul Rains, charged Dec. 16, 2021, with stealing-motor vehicle/water craft/air craft, was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Andrew Lyn Porter, charged July 1, 2019, with unlawfully receiving public assistance, entered a guilty plea, and a sentencing hearing was scheduled for Nov. 7.
Darrell L. Hall, charged July 10, 2023, with assault-fourth degree, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on two years probation.
Tremaine Clinton Green, charged Sept. 22, 2023, with unlawful possession of a firearm, was sentenced to two years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Christopher S. Gramlisch, charged July 16, 2023, with unlawful use of a weapon-exhibiting, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Luis Polo Cruz, charged November 5, 2023, with DWI-persistent, was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence and placed on five years probation.
Christina Rae McMillen, charged Oct. 19, 2023, with assault-3rd degree, was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Rondale Allen, charged Aug. 28, 2023, with stealing lease/rented property, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Jeremy A. Penrose, charged Nov. 21, 2023, with knowingly burning or exploding, was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on three years probation.
Ja’Kwon Amarion Gray, charged Oct. 24, 2023, with theft/attempted theft-financial institution, was sentenced to 15 years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Summer C. Crawford, charged January 11, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Charged Jan. 25, with count 1: DWR/DWS; count 2: tampering with physical evidence felony; count 3: possession of a controlled substance, Jennifer Marie Niswonger, was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Gary L. Welter Jr., charged Oct. 30, 2023, with domestic assault-4th degree, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Ja’Kwon Amarion Gray, charged January 25, with participating in criminal street gang activities, was sentenced to 15 years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence and placed on five years probation.
Robert L. Waters, Jr., charged Dec. 29, 2023, with knowingly burning or exploding, was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Jadiah Dawontra Hines, charged Feb. 17 with stealing-motor vehicle/water craft/air craft, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Michael R. Masters, charged March 5, with domestic assault-3rd degree, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Charged, January 24, with count 1: stealing; count 2: possession of a controlled substance, Donya L. Smith, was sentenced to two years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Scotty Torray Henry, Jr., charged March 14, with robbery-2nd degree, was sentenced to six years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
James Alvin Vires, charged April 2, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Charged, April 13, with count 1: unlawful use of a weapon-exhibiting; count 2: unlawful use of a weapon-exhibiting; count 3: DWI; count 4: DWI, Cornelius Keshawn Ellis, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on five years probation for count one and two, and one year probation for counts three and four.
Charged, April 28, with count 1: unlawful use of a weapon-exhibiting; count 2: resisting arrest/interfering felony, Terry L. Golden, Jr., was sentenced to four years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Xavier O. Smith, charged June 1, 2023, with nonsupport, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Charged, June 6, with count 1: endangering welfare of a child; count 2: possession of a controlled substance, Krista D. Rhodes, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Kraig E. Blair, charged July 3, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence and placed on five years probation.
Ronald Brian Burgess, charged July 13, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to five years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Dominique L. Miles, charged July 30, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to seven years incarceration in the Department of Corrections. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on five years probation.
Antonio Lamar Jones, charged August 4, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to five years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Gabriel Talley, charged Aug. 6, with domestic assault-4th degree, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
John R. Wigley, charged Aug. 13, with possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to five years incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
Jacob Allen Moreno, charged May 2, with animal abuse, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.

Deon Allen Braggs, charged June 22, 2023, with operating motor vehicle without valid driver’s license-1st offense, was fined $70.50.
Charged, Jan. 12, with count 1: failure to register motor vehicle; count 2: owner operating motor vehicle without financial responsibility-1st; count 3: driver/passenger failure to fasten seatbelt, Zackary Nial Housman, was fined $161.
Rodricus A. Johnson, charged Jan. 27, with DWR/DWS-2nd or 3rd offense, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Charged Feb. 19 with count 1: assault-4th degree-special victim; count 2: resisting/interfering with arrest/detention/stop, John Henry Turner, was tried in court, and found guilty, and a sentencing hearing was scheduled for October 19.
Jason Allan Springer, charged October 23, 2023, with violating educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Olivia F. Evans, charged March 27, with resisting/interfering with arrest/detention/stop, was sentenced to 93 days incarceration in the county jail.
Trevor W. James, charged March 14, with DWR/DWS-1st offense, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on one year probation.
Timothy Byron Fitzgerald, charged April 9, with DWR/DWS-2nd or 3rd offense, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Charita Patrice Jones, charged Aug. 22, 2023, with violating educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Rocky A. Williams Jr., charged Aug. 23, 2023, with violating the educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Jessica R. Waters, charged August 23, 2023, with violating educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Benjamin Barr, charged May 5, with DWI, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Diana Hannon, charged Jan. 29, with violating the educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on four years probation.
Jasmine Adaway, charged Jan. 23, with violating the educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.

Jessica R. Water, charged Aug. 23, 2023, with violating the educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation. Charged, May 24, with count 1: operating motor vehicle without valid driver’s license-1st offense; count 2: driver/passenger failure to fasten seatbelt, Sumner Kyle Foster, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on one year probation for count one, and fined $10 for count two.
Amy Renee McGee, charged Aug. 23, 2023, with violating the educational requirements of a child, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Darrell G. Wheatley, charged May 12, with property damage-2nd degree, was fined $500.
Charged, May 14, with count 1: domestic assault-4th degree; count 2: property damage-2nd degree, Olivia F. Evans, was sentenced to 93 days incarceration in the county jail.
Lewis Michael Tomlie, charged July 1, with owner operating motor vehicle without financial responsibility-1st, was fined $100.
Nicholas Gartez Wilson, charged July 5, with owner operating motor vehicle without financial responsibility-1st, was fined $150.
Troy R. Green, charged July 5, with peace disturbance, was sentenced to one year incarceration in the county jail. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Charged June 23 with count 1: operating motor vehicle without valid drivers license-1st offense; count 2: DWI, Adam H. Mainord, was sentenced to six months incarceration in the county jail. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Charita Patrice Jones, charged July 13, with assault-4th degree-special victim, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on four years probation.
Robin Stephanie Arnold, charged July 8, with operating others motor vehicle without financial responsibility, was fined $100.
Aliyah D. Norris, charged July 10, with leaving the scene of an accident, was sentenced to six months incarceration in the county jail. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
Heath Pennington, charged Aug. 11, with DWI, was sentenced to six months incarceration in the county jail. Defendant was granted a suspended execution of sentence and placed on two years supervised probation.
Sumner Kyle Foster, charged Aug. 16, with DWR/DWS-2nd or 3rd offense, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and placed on two years probation.
