Most local counties saw an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases over the weekend. On Monday, the Scott County Health Department reported 44 new positive cases over the weekend — 12 on Saturday, 10 Sunday and 22 Monday, bringing the total number of active cases to 153. There were 17 more people who have recovered from COVID-19, making the total number of people recovered 335. There have been 13 deaths...
