CHARLESTON -- A shipment of marijuana delivered through the U.S. mail sent a Charleston woman to jail Pamela Foster, 34, is charged with with distribution of a controlled substance following an investigation by area law enforcement. SIKESTON -- The Missouri Department of Transportation is currently preparing to retrofit two signals in Sikeston with flashing yellow arrows. The signals are located at the US 60 and Route 61.
