JONESBORO – Arkansas State University’s annual Agribusiness Conference luncheon Wednesday, Feb. 13, will feature Tyne Morgan, host of "U.S. Farm Report," a nationally televised program that focuses on agriculture and agribusiness. A native of Missouri, Morgan is doing what she calls her "dream job." Born and raised in Lexington, Mo., by a family with generations in agriculture, Future Farmers of America was a big part of her high school career. I have met several male drivers that don’t know how to put gas in an auto, don’t know how to raise the hood and check the oil and fluids and don’t know how to change a flat tire. Auto mechanics and home economics should be mandatory classes in high school. It could actually cut down on bullying in high school.
