RISCO, Mo. — Marcella Eloise Hon, 91, died on Nov. 12, 2019, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. Born Aug. 8, 1928, in Alton, Ill., to the late Rube Johnson and Lottie Mae Burch, Marcella was a member of the First Baptist Church in Risco, Blytheville, Ark., and Poplar Bluff. She was secretary at Risco High School until 1970, before retiring from New Madrid County R-1 Schools in 1990.
