Hey Mike, This is "Fed-up Ed." I was just going down North Main, and a vehicle with a state license plate pulled out in front of me and used the turn lane as a merge lane. I can't believe someone that should know the laws of the state of Missouri does not know that you cannot use a turn lane as a merge lane. I got frowned upon when I shook my index finger at her.
