SIKESTON -- A Sikeston woman was killed early Sunday morning as a result of a single-vehicle accident. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle occurred around 5 a.m. Sunday. Kierstie L. Elmos, 21, of Sikeston, was traveling southbound on County Road 427, two miles south of Morley, as her vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
