Born Jan. 24, 1922, in Palestine, Ill., to the late Robert Webster and Issie Evelene Roberts Ozment, she was a homemaker and member of the Miner Baptist Church. She previously worked for 21 years at the International Shoe Co. in Sikeston and also worked at the Ace Hardware Co. in Sikeston...
