CAPE GIRARDEAU - Nada Ellen Bradford, 97, died Jan. 8, 2006, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. Born Oct. 23, 1908, in Diehlstadt, the daughter of the late W.A. and Nettie McGinnis English, she was active in the Morley community and school district. She later worked as a bookkeeper for Scott County Courthouse in Benton and B&B Salvage Co. in Jackson and as activity director for Cape LaCroix Nursing Home. She was a member of Lynwood Baptist Church...

MURPHYSBORO, Ill. - Lola Mae Wisely, 92, died at 9:28 a.m. Jan. 9, 2006, at the Rehab and Care Center of Jackson County in Murphysboro. Born Nov. 12, 1913, in Union County, Ill., the daughter of the late Dennis and Ora Pierce White, she became a member of the Elm Street Baptist Church on July 6, 1941, and was a retired cook at Lincoln School in Murphysboro...
